Corrections Policy
We aim for accuracy in scores, cast credits, release dates, and review text. When we get something wrong, we fix it and note material changes.
Email [email protected] with the page URL, what is incorrect, and a source if available. We review reports within two business days.
What we correct
- Factual errors in reviews (names, plot details, release dates)
- Incorrect score components when source data was wrong
- Broken links, missing attributions, or misleading schema
How corrections appear
Minor typos are fixed silently. Material changes receive an updated timestamp and, for reviews, a note at the top describing what changed. Score recalculations update the Celluloid Score and component breakdown on the movie page immediately after verification.
Retractions
If a review contains a serious factual error that affects the verdict, we retract or rewrite it with a clear correction notice. We do not delete published URLs without redirecting or noting the change.
